Totomak is a metal machining company. It specializes in the precision machining of various metals (including cast iron, forged steel, steel bar, steel tube, aluminum, copper, stamped sheet metal etc.) as well as fixture design and production.

Totomak was established in 1950 and has grown to occupy a 10000 sq m factory area where it employs 350 personnel, the majority of whom are technical high school graduates to ensure a high quality, dedicated workforce. It operates on 3 shifts, 6 days a week, 52 weeks a year. The distance from the factory to the nearest major commercial port is only 15 km.

The current product range includes compressor components, heavy duty machine components and automotive parts for OEMs and/or Tier1 suppliers, including distributors, hubs, flywheels, shafts, housings, covers, pulleys etc..These items are produced on a numerous and wide range of modern machines including CNC lathes, horizontal & vertical machining centers, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding and centerless grinding machines, many with transfer facilities.

Totomak has ISO 9001: 2000 and TS ISO 16949:2002 certificates. The current export ratio to it's total production is over 97 %. Key export markets include Belgium , Germany , France , North Ireland, Spain, Czech Republic, Thailand , China and the USA.

It also has its own CAD/CAM and bar coding facilities. Thus the company works with its customers from the design/development stage to produce their requirements efficiently, economically and to a high degree of accuracy from concept to finished production volumes.
